Their Story

My name is Ruba Awad. I am a mother of three children in Gaza. My daughters, Joud and Jawan, are eight-year-old twins, and my son Adam is four years old. My children lost their father at a young age, and I am doing everything I can to care for them.

Life in Gaza has become extremely difficult. We struggle to secure the most basic necessities, including food, medicine and daily essentials. My children need more than survival: they need safety, stability, an education and the chance to experience childhood with dignity.
